Online Version of Relational Life Therapy Level 1 Training

Online-Only Courses

As with all our clients, we’ve collaborated with Terry using our unique, 9-step process that helps explore new topics he’s passionate about, map the products we’ll create and our strategy for marketing them, and produce and deliver world-class online programs.

Some classes have come in response to current events and market demand — such as the public webinar, Patriarchy Now, broadcast in early 2017 in response to the recent election. Others have brought in cutting-edge experts to enrich the student experience and also to give students exciting multi-modality training.

Handled all customer service with a response and “happiness score” over 80%

Online Version of a Live Training

In 2018, we worked with Terry to bring his 3-day Relational Life Therapy Level 1 course — the foundation training he offers for therapists — into an online format. He had been teaching the live workshops for years but wanted a version available internationally and for those who couldn’t travel.

We flew to Minneapolis and filmed as he delivered the workshop to a special group of participants. With that footage, we created a course that delivers the core principles of Terry’s unique style of therapy in 6 modules, complete with weekly live calls. In the first launch in 2018, we enrolled more than 400 participants, and have continued to offer the class annually.

Not only does the online format leverage Terry’s time and expertise more efficiently, having an online version of the Level 1 training available resulted in a huge groundswell of potential enrollees for his ongoing in-person Level 2 and 3 training. Meanwhile, our teaser videos for the course have brought in over 10,000 new email names and generated $1.6 million worth of sales from those contacts alone.

Real Life Membership Program

We’re always a strategic partner to our clients, brainstorming new products that help the overall business’s operations and impact. In this case, we helped Terry expand and consolidate his ongoing offerings from the numerous small-group coaching programs he had been leading into a scaleable, structured membership program for his most engaged audience. The program offers 2 interactive calls per month, one with Terry and another with an expert teaching assistant. In addition to creating the basic program, we helped offer the following:

A searchable as well as browsable training archive
A summary template for archived calls that allows users to find what they need easily
A system that helped generate monthly topics from the customer base, removing pressure from Terry to generate endless topics

The program has been a year-over-year success with over 350 partcipants since its launch in 2018. Additionally, in order to provide Terry’s students with the best online portal, we created an intuitive and completely customized membership platform tailored to hosting a content library and ongoing learning experience.
